City Hall Complex
New City Hall
Status: Under Construction by Stark Construction.
Funded in part by a $3.4 million MDA grant
The new City Hall is designed by Ely, Guild and Hardy and is being constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is currently underway as Stark Construction builds the new, 23,200-square-foot, three story building next to the existing City Hall. Once that building is complete, the City Hall staff will move into the new section and Phase 2, the remodeling of the existing structure will begin.
The finished product will provide a separate courtroom and council chambers, improving functionality.
