Waterfront Overlook
Funded in part by a $1.2 million grant from the Department of Marine Resources (DMR) and the Coastal Impact Assistance Program (CIAP).
Status:
A major part of D’Iberville’s goals for south end development is the establishment of a working waterfront. To that end, the City has demolished the section of the old bridge and is planning to build a new, fishing pier and marina, providing a place for practical commercial waterfront development while at the same time providing citizens with a place to fish and enjoy the water.
