3.    Motion to approve Resolution Finding and Determining that the Resolution Declaring the Intention of the Mayor and City Council of the City of D’Iberville, Mississippi, to Issue General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds of The City of D’Iberville, Mississippi, in the Maximum Principal Amount of not to Exceed 5.5 Million Dollars… (No Protest Resolution)

9.    Case Number 2009-63-Rodney Hayes-Application for a Conditional Use Approval for an AC and Refrigeration service as a home occupation to be located at 4358 Pierce Rd. in a C-2 District (Approved by Planning Commission with the condition that there will be no storage of equipment or materials at the home and no storage of old units at any time on the property only in an enclosed area until they can be removed from the property)

10.  Case Number 2009-64-Gollott & Perez-Application for a Conditional Use Approval for a restaurant in an existing building to serve liquor located at 10027 Central Ave. in  C-2 District -El Bosque (Approved by Planning Commission)

11.  Case Number 2009-66-Greater Gulf Development-Application for a Conditional Use Approval for  construction business with storage of equipment to be located at 4263A Popps Ferry Rd. in a C-2 District (Approved by Planning Commission with the conditions that a 15 ft. landscaping buffer be installed and all equipment be stored in the rear of the property on a gravel parking area and to meet any other DRC requirements)
