Terms:

The City of D’Iberville is determined to collect overdue fines owed to the City Court. In an effort to collect fines owed, some dating as far back as 1990, the City is offering a discount of 25% to individuals who may qualify.

All individuals who believe they may have an outstanding fine should call or come by the Court Department for more information.

Please call 392-7966, Mondays through Wednesdays & Fridays during regular business hours (8am-5pm). Court personnel are unavailable on Thursdays.

NOTICE: After January 31, 2010, the City Court will pursue legal actions against those individuals who have overdue and outstanding fines owed to the the City of D’Iberville.

Actions and consequences may include:

  • Prosecution and Enforcement of Contempt of Court charges
  • Use of Collection Agency to collect overdue monies
  • Additional fines & penalties
  • Possible jail time

All citizens who may owe fines are strongly encouraged to contact D’Iberville City Court as soon as possible.
