Digital Water Meters to be Installed…
The City of D’Iberville is currently in the process of installing an electronic water meter reading system throughout the City and our service area. This notice is intended to make you aware of the Project as well as to introduce you to our Contractor conducting the work. Triton AMI is the company that will be installing the new meters. Employees of Triton AMI will be easily recognizable by their Triton AMI Company Identification as well as they will have an original copy of this letter of introduction. During the water meter exchange process your water service may be interrupted, momentarily. These workers will advise you prior to any water service interruptions. If a problem arises that causes an extended interruption to your water service, a City employee will be in contact with you. Hopefully, any and all inconveniences will be minor. The City expects that the benefits of this Project will become obvious to all users. Once the System is installed and fine tuned you should see efficiencies in reporting as well as time problem reporting solutions.
