Significant Planned Projects:

-   51 + 7 routine system checks (water wells & lift stations)

-    water meter reading  ( All books  complete)

-  13 flush hydrants / hydrant repairs, hydrants out of service…: none

-   0 sewer connections & 0 water connections

Significant Unplanned Projects:

-   23 water & sewer repairs

-     1 “rereads” of water meters (customer / City Hall requests)

- 136 water meter “turn offs / on

-   20 water & sewer system locate requests

-     0 water & sewer taps  

Project to Date Summary:

Significant Planned Projects:

- Equipment / Vehicle maintenance & repairs (13)

- I-110 Boat Launch / Marina; daily cleaning and pier maintenance (20)

- asphalt repairs on: “clean up on Lemoyne, Lamey Bridge Rd, D’Iber, Blvd., Brodie Rd. by MDOT .

- install street signs: relocated signs “Detour”  @ Lamey Bridge Rd. & Mallett Rd.

- cleaned trash piles: 280 cu yds. picked up and disposed to dump

- storm drain & culvert repairs; “Stadium” drainage est. 50% complete

Significant Unplanned Projects:

-  completed building demolition @ Mallett Rd.

- clean ditches & culverts…. City wide / “after & prior to” major rain event. This reporting period included 2 days of heavy rainfall.

Summary / Comments: Many work orders are duplicates or are for work that is already completed.
